Croscill's "Yosemite" ensemble draws inspiration from nature's rustic, natural views, featuring dynamic patterns through intricate stitching techniques. The comforter is adorned with alternating diamond and stylized geometric patterns, in deep naturalistic tones. The western king comforter measures 110-inch wide by 96-inch long and is overstuffed for added luxury. A 1/4-inch suede piping trimming the edges of the comforter to give it a stylish finish. The bedskirt is a rust colored suede with an Aztec inspired border that runs along the bottom, coordinating it to the top of the bed. The skirt has a 15-inch drop, a cotton/poly blend platform for added durability, and split corners to accommodate footboards. Beautiful and Great Quality
The picture may not do the fabric justice. There are some golden colors that pop out making the comforter colors more jewel like. Not over the top though. Green and red colors are in the fabric as well. They call this pattern yosemite and the style is southwestern lodge. However, the room we have it in is not designed like a lodge or even southwestern and it looks great. Kind of looks like kilim rug design. Comforter is heavy. May be able to leave out blankets for now.
Bed skirt is beautiful as well. The skirt is ultrasuede like and brown with a trim similar to the pattern in the comforter. Size was large enough to accomodate different mattress sizes.
The shams are beautiful. Topside of sham is same design and fabric as comforter. Backside of sham is solid brown.
Everything fit great on a big pillow top california king. Had some concerns because of the unusual size of the mattress-big chatham wells pillowtop-but everything fits great...

beautiful pattern but flat as a pancake
I decided to buy an expensive set for once. What I have got here, a very thin comforter, my cheapest comforters have never been so flat even after years of use. The face fabric is pretty, heavyweight and good quality, but the batting is extremely thin and flat, comforter is not overstuffed by any means please!!! They put a thicker batting around the edges (5 inches around perimeter), and the thickness there is about 1 1/8 inches, the rest of comforter is 1/4-1/3 inches thick at most, it seems like there is no batting at all, it's a blanket with a heavy raisin covered facing, not a comforter. It is very warm like mentioned here, and I thought hey, this is what I needed for the winter, but it's like sleeping under the rug, not soft, not cozy at all, hence it will do good used for decoration purposes only. Beautiful Purchase !
Bought this comfortor for my daughter whose log home is done entirely in a modified Southwest style . Lots of beautiful colors. Added some leather and suede pillows along with a solid sheet trimmed in a "barbed wire" decoration. The look was literally fantastic. Comfortor was delivered as promised and is far more beautiful than shows in picture. I am very satisfied and she was absolutely thrilled.
